Course Overview

This course is designed specifically for teenagers and adults, tailored to each student's learning goals and needs. Based on sports science, it helps students break down swimming techniques step by step, simplifying abstract swimming concepts to make them easier to understand and learn more smoothly.

 

Our instruction covers different swimming learning levels, from complete beginners to smoothly completing all four strokes, and even participating in competitions, helping you achieve your ideal swimming goals.

  • Challengers who have tried swimming before but failed and attempt to try again

  • Amateur enthusiasts with a basic level of swimming skills who wish to improve their swimming efficiency

  • Athletes determined to compete in swimming competitions and wanting to improve their skills

  • Enthusiastic learners who need to pass swimming exams for work or study

  • Health enthusiasts who want to improve their health and physique through swimming and participate in more water sports

Course Content

The course is divided into 6 main learning stages, progressing step-by-step.

Students / Parents are free to choose the level of learning you desire. Learners can communicate with our coach before class so that we could better understand your learning goals and create a personalized course for you.

In sports science-based teaching, we emphasize that students need to build a solid foundation of physical abilities (such as joint mobility and stability ) through practice before they can perform the specified swimming strokes.

 

If the foundation is not solid, learners may soon encounter a plateau and need to start learning all over again. We do not want to waste your time, and we try our best to help our students avoid detours and learn in an efficient way.

Class format

A 1:1 or 1:2 teacher-student ratio allows for customized, private instruction, enabling more specific practice and attention to detail compared to group classes. If needed, our coach can arrange additional water and land practice sessions for students who would like more self-practice.

 

Each coaching session will be at least 1 hour long. If you need a session more than 1 hour, please consult with your coach first.

 

Flexible scheduling. Coaching fees will be charged before per class, with fees varying depending on the class venue.
