Coach Phoebe Wong (Miss Cloud)
Coach Phoebe started swimming at a young age and loved the freedom in the water. Since then, she has been determined to help more people learn to swim and share the joy of swimming. Her swimming potential was discovered in primary school and she joined the swimming team for training. In secondary school, she even represented Hong Kong in international competitions and achieved excellent results. She is also the first swimmer to achieve a six-year consecutive championship in all events in the Kwai Tsing District secondary school competition of Hong Kong.
After enrolling in university, she was recruited as a member of the Chinese University of Hong Kong swimming team, where she won honors in the USFHK (Inter-University Swim Meet) and gained rich training and competition experience.
After retiring from competition, she devoted herself to studying sports-related programmes and obtaining coaching certificates. She has obtained BSc in Sports Science and Health Education at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed her studies with excellent grades, striving to become a more professional swimming coach.
She now applies sports science knowledge to provide swimming technique and physical conditioning guidance for swimmers from beginner to competitive levels, helping them improve their performance while enjoying the fun of swimming. In addition, she aims to promote education of swimming skills and sports science, enhancing public awareness towards water safety, and reducing sports injuries.
