We offer swimming consultation services to help answer your questions.

Consultation Format

Consultation options are divided into two categories: free consultation and paid consultation for exclusive time slots.

Free Consultation Services:

  • Questions can be asked via WhatsApp, our coach will reply in text form.

 

  • Note: Depending on the situation, the coach may not be able to provide a reply immediately. Please wait patiently after leaving a message to inquire.

  • If malicious harassment or suspected fraud messages are discovered, Cloudfin Swimming has the right to permanently block the user and terminate contact.

Paid Consultation for exclusive time slots:

  • Book a 1 on 1 Live-time Online Consultation Session with our Head Coach Phoebe via Zoom. Any questions related to swimming learning, competition and sports science are welcomed.

  • Swim Videos can be sent to us before the Paid Consultation Session, we will provide an analysis and advice for stroke correction.

  • Suitable for：

  1. Swimmers who would like to enrich their training knowledge

  2. Learners who want to refine their stroke technique but do not know where to start

  3. Competitive Swimmers who wish to bring their sport performance to the next level

  4. Parents who would like to help their children improve their swims by learning more swim-related knowledge

  • Consultation Fee：$250 HKD per hour, paid via PAYME / FPS / PayPal.

​

  • Reservation Process: Please contact our coach via WhatsApp to find a suitable timeslot. Payment must be done 3 days upfront before the consultation date, otherwise the booking will not be confirmed.

  • Our Coach will send a Zoom link 1 day prior to the consultation date. Please enter the meeting on time, latecomers will NOT be given extra time after the end of the consultation.
